The Dwight Stephenson Foundation was founded in 2007 by NFL Hall of Famer, and former Miami Dolphin, Dwight Stephenson and his wife Dinah Stephenson. In 2007, The Dwight Stephenson Foundation emerged as a 501 (c) 3 organization dedicated to serving the South Florida community and beyond. The Foundation generates funding for a variety of charitable organizations including United Cerebral Palsy, The Urban League of Broward County, The Boys and Girls Clubs and The American Diabetes Association, to name a few.

After numerous years of lending his name and support to various charities, NFL Hall of Famer and former Miami Dolphin, Dwight Stephenson realized his longtime vision of creating a charitable organization in his own name.

Dwight is a leader and champion of the NFL. He uses that same winning drive to be a "Champion for Change" in the lives of youth through his Foundation as a way to give back to the community.

Our Mission

The Dwight Stephenson Foundation combines the sports and business communities in an effort to generate increased funding for charities that provide educational, health and human services to support the needs of children and families.

Dwight Stephenson Hall of Fame Golf Classic

The Dwight Stephenson Foundation's signature event is the Dwight Stephenson Hall of Fame Golf Classic. The Golf Classic is an annual event that raises money for local charities that serve children and families with a financial need. Celebrities participate in the Golf Classic to help the Foundation build better communities and change the lives of those in need.

Last year's celebrities included: Don Shula, Dan Marino, John Hannah, Jason Taylor, Ted Hendricks, Bobby Mitchell and Nat Moore.

The Dwight Stephenson Foundation is proud to announce the 2010 Dwight Stephenson Hall of Fame Golf Classic. The event will be held on April 12th, 2010 at the prestigious Weston Hills Country Club in Weston, Florida. For more information, click here.
